Strength and Flexibility

Hey I'm currently trying to build strength but I'm realizing I'm not very flexible. Even though I'm young I am not flexible at all. Any ideas on small things I can do everyday to improve?

My sugguestion is to do some yoga stretches or normal stretches at least 15 mins each day. So you'll gradually get your muscles accustomed to stretching everyday. And that way you will become more flexible.
