I know it all depends to height and weight but I'm really clueless where to start, like do I need to get my average resting heart rate or just observe how my heart rate is before work out? And whats the normal heart rate when working out? Like does it increase 10-15 from your resting heart rate
Im kinda OC about this since I bought a fitness watch with heart rate monitor. But I honestly dont know what to look out for.
