I'm working out for my cruise in the end of the March and my wedding in the end of September. I'm going on day 3 and I work out with the fiancé. Is there any useful tips that anyone has? All of our work outs we do at home as we live in the middle of nowhere. Help is appreciated! Have a great day!

Lift weights, do setups to get abs do push ups to show chest squats dumbbells triceps dips and more you should take look at what kind of work outs is right for you and congrats on the wedding good luck may your dreams come true :-)
