I never had a chance to meassure my body fat, I would like to be shredded, do you know about foods that help to reduce body fat, I investigated but if you can tell me some. Thanks
Looks like your right around 11 or 12 % which is good man! A few fat burning foods I know are, whole grains (not too much), drink green tea, and fish like tuna or salmon.. hope this helps some

Yea it's been rewarding seeing her results..we just finished her one month session on Saturday! I like doing and having my clients do things like mountain climbers, froggers, knee tucks, oblique knee thrusters.. you should give one of my workouts I've posted a try, they focus on strength gain, and tightening us your abs and legs/butt
Currently 17 pct. Goal 15 pct. A year ago...22 pct. Done this with total weight change of 5 lbs, so i think im replacing fat w/ lean muscle. :)
Possibly 5% right now. Would like to be 3%
My current body fat percentage is 19% and I want it to be 12% but I don't know if that's an unhealthy percentage and maybe if I should just go for 14 or 15%
Like so many things, the right percentage for you depends on what you want to achieve. Are you bodybuilding? Are you simply wanting to improve fitness/appearance? And it also depends on which table you look at (there are a couple different ones out there, both of which are shown side by side at www.missiontomuscle.com/percentage-of-body-fat-abs/ )Both tables show that for women 12% is fairly aggressive. My thought would be that it's something you decide with a trainer / dietician / medical practitioner, but also rather than focusing on percentages, what are you happy with when you look in the mirror.
