What is a good exercise suppliment for push ups? I can't do them for the life of me!

Thanks, but there is an alternative, someone suggested wall push upa untill I can do a regular push up

Have you tried wall push ups? These can help you grow into a full push up and can be quite intense if you do many reps. Stand 2-3 ft facing a wall and extend your arms to the wall. Lean towards the wall and push up. Hope that helps :).

Okay, this is the same aa a push up? I wasn't too sure because it soesnt really hold my weight like push ups do. Thank you for the tip, much appreciated!!

I wouldn't say the same as a push up. It's not as intense. It definitely helps disperse the weight and it helps build muscle. It's a great place to start.

Short grip bench press even if is only bar.

There's always ass alternate pushups (girl pushups) where your in a normal push up position, but on your knees.. give these a try!

Don't laugh...I can't do those ither I cannot even push myself off the floor. Thank you for the feed back, I appreciate it!

Don't worry being a personal trainer I've seen it all :) start with those wall pushups that were suggested, work you're way up to alternate pushups, then eventually the real deal! Best of luck

Knee pushups... i mean not every body can do them at the beginning... there's no substitute for them.
