Something quick and tasty ! Always on the run ... And tips !?

1 satchet of plain oats so simple 200 grams low fat greek yogurt 12 blueberries *mix the oats and blueberries together in a jug of 200ml of water and microwave for 2 minutes (mix then pit in for another 1 minute or however you like it). Measure 200 grams of yogurt in a bowl and pour the porrige on top of it. You can add stevia aswell. Its my favourite breakfast

I always have a banana every morning. My breakfast varies but always a banana to accompany it!!!

Two multigrain toaster waffles, with good quality natural peanut butter and a sliced banana on top. Boom! Yummy, super healthy, and so satisfying. Holds me till lunch! Fast and easy too.

My ideal breakfast is, 2 poached eggs on toast. A Bowl of fruit and oats. All spaced out over an hour. I'm following intermittent fasting so breakfast is usually around 11 - 12.
