Two multigrain toaster waffles, with good quality natural peanut butter and a sliced banana on top. Boom! Yummy, super healthy, and so satisfying. Holds me till lunch! Fast and easy too.
Eggs. Ask any athlete what they eat for breakfast and the majority will say eggs.
My ideal breakfast is, 2 poached eggs on toast. A Bowl of fruit and oats. All spaced out over an hour. I'm following intermittent fasting so breakfast is usually around 11 - 12.
