Workout Advice

I have had 3 c-sections and two abdominal hernia repairs ...Started going to the the gym 4-5 times a week last month ..and eat fairly clean, losing weight, just concerned about toning. Lately I've heard some rumors of having trouble toning those areas. Any advice for lower abs would be appreciated!

do believe I have found my answers with yoga and pilates ..core strengthening ...word!
