I'm new to this app and I was just wondering how long does everyone workout for everyday. I wish I had at least an hour to work out but I have a baby and its hard to work out for long periods of time and the free time I do have I also try to eat and take care of other things. Any suggestions on a good cardio workout that doesn't take a lot of time to do?
Short intense workouts deliver better results than long... so do 35 minutes of intense workouts.
About 2miles a day which is an average of 10min and about 8to 16 min on this app but only intense workouts.
I use mainly intense workouts, so 30 to 45 mins of Cardio & Strength Training. Yoga on the rest days for 30.
Depends what kind of results you are trying to achieve.. for muscle gain short intense workouts (heavier weights) are better than long ones.. However, if you are trying to loose weight, longer less intense workouts are a better fit
