My problem is I have been working out since I could walk, and I haven't got the body I want. I don't over eat at all and i am in a sport. I have started taking green tea diet pills to help boost my metabolism too. Also I'm new to this app so I'm kinda alone and need some help.

What are u looking to do here. Cardio, resistance, endurance, toning. Any specific area u want to work on . Welcome by the way

Well I want to tone my stomach area and my thighs mostly. Any ideas or workouts that could help me on that? And thank you!

Maybe you should stop taking the diet pills because they're a fad. So when you stop taking them your weight will go back up again. To control my weight I use the exercises on here and then also use the myfitnesspal app which calculate calorie intake and how many you've lost through exercise. Personally, it encourage me to eat more healthier foods which will boost your metbolism in a healthy manner.
