Maybe you should stop taking the diet pills because they're a fad. So when you stop taking them your weight will go back up again. To control my weight I use the exercises on here and then also use the myfitnesspal app which calculate calorie intake and how many you've lost through exercise. Personally, it encourage me to eat more healthier foods which will boost your metbolism in a healthy manner.
