I have been doing some working out for about a month now. Every morning I wake up I do 50 push ups, and at the end of the day I walk for one hour. This has really helped me and I have already noticed results. My goal is to lose weight and build some tone. I'm currently around 260 pounds. I want to weigh about 215 to 225. I downloaded this app today because I heard great things about it and the community. So far from the workouts I've viewed this app is really going to help me. I decided to purchase the year subscription. By this time next year I want to be in decent shape. Hopefully by doing the workouts and motivation from the forums you guys post I will reach my goals.
