I'm having trouble staying motivated. The first couple weeks I'm pretty excited about the workouts, but then the excitement fizzles out. Any good tips to keep me going?

What I do to stay motivated is to set a goal and let others know what it is. Also to set a reminder on your phone so you know that you have that time set aside for it

Do me a favor...go to YouTube and watch wingsofredemption and he will get you motivated

Pick a random phrase relevant to why you want to work out and remember why you started getting fit in the first place.
