Losing weight is hard but you just got to push yourself sometimes

Just wondering about this no pain no gain line. It is also possible to over exercise resulting in injury over a long period of time?

Yes there is I did it last summer I excersised 3 hour a day I gained muscles which means more weight and I always felt tried. Sure push yourself to your limit just don't go over if I will harm your health...
