Here's what's up guys and gales I have not been able to sleep lately and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions to help me get some sleep. Would really appreciate it.

avoid any drinks with caffeine during night time (soft drinks, coffee, black or green tea..). Try to eat something light, not too big, warm shower. I sometimes drink cammomile tea. Avoid the tv in your bedroom...can't think anything else.

We'll think , are you stressed ? Too hungry ? Worried ? Neverous ? Those are common things . Too fix them read a book before you sleep calm your self down no running 30 minutes before sleep . Don't watch any shows that could give you nightmares or anything

Never do something that can raise ur body adrenaline level such as watching movie or playing games before going to bed..  gudluck  😺

If u have a smartphone.. download white noise app.. i liaten to a thunderstorm every night and i am out in five mins and wake up feeling great!

Try listening to some relaxing music. There's a free app called naturescape that's really good
