Best workout for a great torso ??
I would like to know the best workout for a ripped and very strong torso.can anyone help ?
it all depends on your fitness level homie. but my personal favorite go to workout hanging weighted leg lifts,dragon flags,medicine ball,twist,wood chops,standing ab wheel,plate push churches,planks from diffrent angles.
There's no best workout people have different bodies and fittness levels if u just starting the basics r great, dumbbell bench press,pull ups,push ups,up right rows look at at profile my beach time is a good starting point also
