It's not about points it's quality over quantity grasshopper I'd rather do two INTENSE workouts (quality ) than 4 moderate ones (quantity ) but to each his own do is thing

Ran three miles in 20 minutes, did six rounds of:  30 sit ups, 15 squats, 30 Russian twists, one minute plank, and 30 mountain climbers. my warm up is your workout. #crossfit
