So I'm constantly looking for new ways to shock my body into better shape.. Just discovered cross fit and I'm super excited about it... Today I did six rounds of .5 run, ten push ups, 20 squats, and 30 sit ups. Total ass kicker. Anyone have any other good cross fit exercises to do in or out of the gym that involve cardio?? thank youuu!!
