So I'm in the habit of working out just in a sports bra and underwear and in front of my mirror so I can see where I am with my body whilst exercising. It gives me the motivation to keep going through the exercise because I don't like what I see and wanna improve.
What I want to know is.. Does anyone else do this or am I crazy?! 😳

As long as you feel good and comfortable while doing it,there is not shame or craziness about it..do what you like:)..but dnt forget curtains:D

I think it's a great idea, but I'm also going with you're a little crazy also :-)

I do I do!! Not in my undies per say, but I bought a cheap mirror to put in my home "gym" for that purpose. And I'd be lieing if I said I didn't spend a lot time flexing and admiring my progress.

Not at all, you get a good sweat going and you need to keep cool. Do what makes you comfortable, don't worry about what others may think. You are doing it for yourself not other people.

When I excercise in my home I also do it in front of a mirror to check if I'm doing the correct move

Cheers to all who mentioned the need for curtains and to be vigilant for peepers, I actually live on a farm so I needn't worry, and I do have my curtains closed thanks! :)

No problem, anytime Madeleine! Lol Thats right, I forgot you live on a farm. In that case why the need for curtains, sports bras or underwear at all? Just playing! Lol Keep up the good work! Hope the knee is back to 100% :)

It is good Jessica, but if you just look at yourself beforehand and keep that image in mind, it can still push you to keep going :)

I read somewhere about a study that found people on treadmills facing mirrors performed better compared to those facing televisions. Something to do with being more engaged with the process... Monitoring form...etc. So yeah, by all means, exercise in your undies facing a mirror. It's science!

I wear a sports bra and boy-short panties every day, and do all of my workouts in front of a mirror for the same reason. It's motivating! Boyfriend thinks it's weird, but good to know I'm not the only one!

Lol well if I had a gf and she was working out in the mirror that would motivate me even more, tell him to stop thinking your weird, and be weird with u:p lol
