Every six weeks or so I change the day's and the muscles I work together to keep my muscles guessing. I am making a creative workout plan. So, what should I put with back if I should at all! Like to see options!!!
Back and shoulder is a good combo also back and arms...back is great to workout by itself as well...kinda hard to giv advice with small information...what did you do in your last routine?
Biceps for me.Regular back work first then I add some reverse grip bent over rows to hit the biceps, then onto isolation bicep work.
