Hi everyone . I need some help .
When i do push ups ,my left shoulder hurts , can someone explain this to me ? And also I recently bought a zigtech reebok shoe . Will it help when i play netball ? Also can someone help to make a daily workout list for me to train my arms cause i cant even do a proper push up . Im sorry there is too much request .
What Christian said might be the case for your shoulder. As for your arm strengthening, try doing Strong Arm Yoga and Five Yoga Arms Exercise. They're both helpful in strengthening your arms and can help you to improve your push up with the Chaturanga. The exercises I mentioned is in the category "Yoga"
