What are the best work outs that get you super flexible on a few weeks?

Hey girl! I would think, that you know wath that is. It is swimming, of course. Swimming gives you the possibility to maje full body streches as you take every swim sekvens. It also gives you a looonger body compares to if you give total in to weight lifting(body building) example. I have been watching many girls, for some time, and all of the prettiest girl and tallest girl are more or less heavy in to swimming. So go fore it girl. You will do great!!!!

You really dont need a work out i know some triks first you can do cheer like me or gymnastics but to go easy streach or make your boundr/es bigger. No need to use a dum old work out for flexibiliy
