I been going to the gym because I wanna get more in shape it's just I wanna lose weight on my belly everything's else looks good it's just my damn belly I wanna any good work outs routine ???

I'm afraid Demarez is right. My tummy is my weak spot & it's taken a long time to flatten it down so the abs are beginning to show... Good luck & keep going !!

Thanks man, my abs are sore as hell today ! I'm adding hanging floor wipers & hanging toe taps to it as well : ))
