I am going to be 13 tomorrow. Want to be my workout buddy? I have been doing intensive exercise at my home gym since yesterday and i sleep better. But i still have back problems. I fell down the stairs 3 months ago right on my lower back. I have 16 stairs and i cleared them in 4 steps. Let me know if you want to be baddies! I can post some tips to!

workout once aday ..prefered to be in da morning ...iusually workout twice a day da first workout usually lasts for80 min sometimes more ido cardio ....da second workout usually at night ileft weights and strengthen ma core ..so tell me what u think ? if u have other gud suggestion am up to hear...
aha its alright ..tell me when is da perfect time for u to workout? when u r available? ill start with u some light workouts we dont want to exhaust ur body from da beggining...
ur workouts will normally be moderated not intense ..and step by step we will increase the level ..how abt dat?
