I would love to have a training partner. I'm 21 and new to the app and working out. Need tips and suggestions please!
Always good too have a partner more motivation for both and different ideas in how too do the different workouts and usually when you have a partner there's no giving up
We could follow each other you can keep me up dated how your workouts are coming along if you like
