I would love to have a training partner. I'm 21 and new to the app and working out. Need tips and suggestions please!

First set a goal, weight, endurance ,etc. Then decide which activities you like and start very easy and take it from there. We are all over this app so feel free to knock anytime.

Always good too have a partner more motivation for both and different ideas in how too do the different workouts and usually when you have a partner there's no giving up

They are coming along pretty good. I haven't been using the app too much but if we'll be motivating each other than I definitely will! Thanks!
