Don't need to lose weight I'm 110 lbs just need to toned up. Who has good workout ideas?? :)

Sorry Alexis, that was a shitty response from me. Apologies. My best advice would be to lift heavy and increase your protein intake. It could be your genetics

thanks I do drink protein shakes 2 times day just need to get more weights

When you say toned what do you mean?   If it is to build muscle you will want to lift weights that weigh between 67% to 85% of your 1 RM max for 6-12 reps, for 3-5 sets.  If you mean muscular tone with not as much bulk you will want to work on lower weights at higher reps.  <67% of your 1 RM max for 20+ reps per set.

Lots of cardio & lift light with a lot of repetitions. 12-20 reps depending on the exercise, and of course your diet must be in check!
