Don't need to lose weight I'm 110 lbs just need to toned up. Who has good workout ideas?? :)
Weightlift. Challenging weight, multiple reps.
When you say toned what do you mean? If it is to build muscle you will want to lift weights that weigh between 67% to 85% of your 1 RM max for 6-12 reps, for 3-5 sets. If you mean muscular tone with not as much bulk you will want to work on lower weights at higher reps. <67% of your 1 RM max for 20+ reps per set.
Increase your reps..
Lots of cardio & lift light with a lot of repetitions. 12-20 reps depending on the exercise, and of course your diet must be in check!
