Hello all,
I'm a skinny-fat ectomorph and I want to both shed belly fat and gain muscle. In particular I wanted to focus on getting flexible, look good, and be physically good enough for parkour.
But I don't know anything about working out, all this info makes my head swim.
Would someone please help?

Hey there welcome! 
If you go into your settings, you can set your workout preferences (which are namely the intensity you want your workouts to be and also the areas you're wanting to target ie weight loss) 
Then, if you go to your workouts page, and select filter, you can also choose the areas you want to specifically focus on.
