I started using this app about two weeks ago. Having friends I can motivate and them do the same for me will make this app, awwesomme!!

You can do it. MIND OVER MATTER!!! Start off with 15 min until you can do more. It is hard but you can do it. Set a time in your daily calendar and knock it out.

Thanks everyone make sure to follow me and I'll follow you too :) My goal is to have some pretty defined abs by next summer and hopefully before summer. Let's do this!!
