I'm 50 years old. I have M.S. so I tire easily. I weigh 150lbs. And I have a stomach do to alot of meds and perhaps not much exercise. What exercises would you suggest. Some people are saying DON'T work the abs because it will make me look worse because my abs may tighten but I won't be in good shape
I live in an apartment, and I'm able to walk short distances. I can walk maybe 30-45 minutes at a time. I can no longer measure my distance in miles but instead the number of steps. It's cold here now so I walk in the hallways. I don't have the money for a gym. I enjoy being outside. ..it's just hard when it's single digits above 0°. I'm not trying to be difficult. I'm trying some cardio along with core strengthening. I just want to do like the "average" person it's not going to happen with my age and MS I want to be from what I look like to what you look like instantly. (or at least in 90 days)

I do lick chicken breasts I grill them. Sweet potatoes and coffee are my favorite. I try to stay away from processed foods. Another thing is pure honey, and bagels with cream cheese. I know the bagels and cream cheese aren't that good for me however as a treat...I enjoy it. I am watching my calories now more than ever. I'm going to get rid of this "baby bump" as my daughter called it when she was young. I want to take my shirt off this summer and not be embarrassed. If you could come up with an exercise program for a week then I could repeat it for a month. Then maybe change it up. I'll do whatever you say because what I'm doing isn't working and what you're doing is working for you. I'm not able to work, and I'm awake for about 15 hours so I'll try no I will do what you say.

1. I need to loose 5 kg. In what time should I loose it? I don't wanna do anything drastic to my body.
2. I'm 176 cm, 66-67 kg and I'm pretty much toned because I work out but have a little higher body fat percentage.I wanna booty like Natalia Velez but it seems like she's been doing a lot of isolation on glutes cause none of the bodybuilders I've seen doesn't have an ass like that. Even if they do, their legs are a lot bigger. So, what should I do? Now, I'm doing short intense workouts (or whatever I want to) and dance salsa 5x a week and booty workout (lifting weights) 1x a week. How much kg and bf should I have for a look simmilar to that? I was thinking 61-62 kg.
3. Should you eat after 8 pm (in case you don't workout after that hour)?
