Its so yummy, but rearly not good!:( anyone got any meals, snacks that are yummy but healthy?
If I'm craving sweets I eat frozen grapes or bananas, salty I eat kale chips. Its helped me a lot and replacing sugar with truvia in my green tea.
I like to have greek yogurt with blue berries and a couple cups of STRONG COFFEE! ! I'll eat that as a meal also.
Some times I eat nonfat plain greek yogurt with my protein powder, taste like ice cream
