Ginger with a squeeze of lemon sweetened with honey or some white or green tea in the morning & hibiscus tea also sweetened with honey after dinner or before going to sleep.
Hibiscus tea is by far my favourite tea as it curbs my night cravings & fights sleeping disorders.
Recently I start adding some black seed oil to my herbal teas. I also drink 1 cup of coffee daily.
P.s Never ever use hibiscus tea if you have low blood pressure.
For pregnant women they shouldn't consume any kind of herbal teas until they check with their physicians.
Green tea is best.
