Hi I have been trying to lose 22lbs since August last year and presently I have lost only 8.4lbs . It seems I am not making progress at all. I have a pear shape and I am on a diet and
play basketball and I jog . Since the beginning of this year I've lost only 0.9lbs

Some people lose weight slower than others. I certainly dropped weight like anything in the first year and now struggle but I try to stay focused

I would try adding some light weights to your routine.. Adding a little muscle can Help burn some fat Good luck!
