Whats the best thing to eat before and after a workout?

If you want to build muscle do your workout in the morning. I usually eat lunch, do my workout, then have a protein shake. :)

WOW, where to begin. Its complicated but just remember simple things. 

Before a workout.

  • Carbs(Carbs=energy)

After a workout.

  • Protein(if your trying to built muscle)

As you can tell this is 1 example of each thing. Its basic stuff and you'll get diffent and maybe expanded info. Everyone different and alittle research goes along way.
