I need to reduce 10kgs in 3 months what workout wil u recommend and what duratn and also i hav a sweet tooth i cant resist choclates n other delicacies what shd i do?

I understand you are in to chocolate, because that is "girls food" ;-) But i will say to you you should try stick to chocolate wich have at least 70% cocoa solid. That reduce your sugar intake. Its the sugar you should fear.

I'm not gonna even try give u workout advice cause I'm struggling myself but I'm a sweetaholic so I've replaced them with raisins and other dried fruit which has helped me. Or even grapes, pineapple or other quite sweet fruits. It's helped me I hope it helps u! Good luck. !!

Try freezing grapes, lovely and they seem more like sweets!

Hello and merry xmas I will say you should find work outs that is "intense" and not less than 30 min,s each. Or you could try to put together several work outs. But i think tha "programs" are better for weight loss. Put in a few work outs in betveen on your calender.
