Back to your question, To better answer your question you got to first ask yourself this. What am I trying to accomplish? For example, I want to go back to school. What do I want to get? Degree or a certification?
Upper Body(day 1)
Cardio and core (day 2 )
Lower body(day 3 )
Then start the cycle over
Use the filter feature one the app and select workouts you like.( I personally like the Wolverine and Spartan workouts)
