Hi every one =) I am a fultime mother of 4 and realy want to start losing weight and quickly just need the motivation to do so cheers

lose weight after pregnancy is difficult because our metabolism slows. In my experience I recommend doing weights and cardio work, along with a diet where you take 5 small meals containing protein, carbohydrates and fat. And don't loose the North.

I also have four children :) they certainly are great reasons to push. In fact, my little ones work out with me. I tend to favor Leslie Sansones Aerobic walk at home videos and they are easy for this kids to do.
