Recently joined the gym and am looking for an accountabilibuddy! Or even some assistance on what I should be doing. I'm not exactly over weight, but I'm in dire need of toning up and conditioning myself. Any help would be much appreciated. :-)

Welcome there r a bunch of workouts here to pick from cardio u can do6 days a week weights u want to have a day a rest 4 the muscle groups u worked and don't forget to get your 8 hours sleep good luck
