Tru dat! I've been squatting for a while now in the hopes of having the perfect derrier-it's a slow process but i'm seeing improvement :) all of a sudden my jeans and disco pants look a lot better on me x

For me flat abs are more sexier.  But maybe it's just me after all I'm a woman. Maybe men has other opinions😊

Flat for girls. Some can pull a six pack but that's... that's a bit much, like honestly even with an 8 pack and her with 6 I be kinda scared of her testosterone levels
