Hi Everyone! I'm new here , just finished my 1st workout. I've had 4 kids and want to drop 2 -3 dress sizes - currently size 8-10 (I refuse to think in terms of weight or get on scale). I also want to tone everywhere but want to avoid becoming to muscular. As a recent cancer survivor (remission as of last month) my energy level is still very low. Any suggestions on building up my endurance would be greatly appreciated.
My biggest tip is choose something you enjoy. Even if this isnt scientificly proven to be the best or whatever.
If you like to run, get out there and pick a training regiment from a running site. If you like to bike, same thing.
If you need a gym setting to push urself. Thats the place you need to go.
Weighttraining is a cant miss ad on almost. You can do this in several ways.
