Protein shakes

Hi I was wondering how much protein should I consume each day if I'm 130 pounds and what kind should I buy

I'd go for something healthier. Hemp protein. I'm finishing up my pea protein which is great but thick. I usually take 20g before and after working out and 20g shake in the morning after my run. . .

130-160 grams a Day should be good. Destributed out doing your Day :)
