I was curious what workouts from the workout trainer app are best. There are a lot to choose from so I wasn't sure. I want to workout my arms (I have a couple 20 pound dumbbells), core, and some sort of weight loss, HIIT style workout. Thanks!

Get in shape. Not really wanting to bodybuild, just want to be fit.

Their is alot of bodyweight workouts surprisingly...you just have to figure out a plan of action your going to have fun:-)
