Train legs best thing to do would be to squat with weight

Try d knees & palms work-out..lots of variations..keeping d leg folded @ a 90° angle to d side..circle..3sets clockwise 3sets anti clockwise..keep d leg parallel to d floor..lift up & down..one more routine..keeping d leg @ a 90° angle..while on your knees & palms..take the leg up & down..using your heel to push up towards d ceiling..Should definetely shape the butt :-)

Bend at the hips rest ur arms on your thighs squat then straighten legs so ur butt is moving up and down but dont let ur shoulders or head move and keep ur back straight.  Google frog squats.
