Hoping to get fit and healthy again

Hi everyone,
I am glad to be part of a group with so many motivating and inspirational individuals. I am 5ft and weigh about 160. I am trying to lose 50lbs. I am not in very god physical shape. Any suggestions are welcome.

Start slowly by taking walks the progress. I found that getting my lung and heart ready are the first must dos. Others will chime in I'm sure. Outline a meal plan of HEALTY foods that YOU ENJOY eating. Proper nutrition is a big factor in fitness also.
