No soda? Diet soda? What's the skinny on this? I know water is best but what are some alternatives?

Add natural fruit juice in ur bottle of water...

If ur gonna drink soda drink regular and work out more, diet sodas make body hold on to more water weight and fat than regular but as a rule NO soda

Bah i hate soda my grandma lost 11lb just by stop drinking cola 
(And she did not drink a lot of cola)

I'm cutting them out. It's hard when it's been a staple. But that's also why I am where I am I bet. Giving up soda seems like a small price to pay.
