I am currently weighing in at 150 pounds I Am 5"8 and I still have stomach fat and side fat any suggestions on what to do

Have you cleaned up your diet to exclude processed wheat and sugar? Foods like bread, pasta, sweets give me a stomach even when I'm thin. Try eating more protein, fruits, veggies, eggs, nuts and see if that helps.

If U r not overweight and fat concentrates on ur belly it could be related to high cortisol levels. Cortisol is a hormone released by adrenal glands when we are stressed. cortisol will convert bad sugar (the one U eat thru cakes, soda, sweets, chocolate, ice cream...) In fat especially around the belly area. Starvation, Extreme dieting and Extreme workouts may also lead to high cortisol levels. I suggest not to cut off complex carbs (good sugar) completely, such as potatoes, grains, Rice, pasta...but to eat them with moderation. Complex carbs in fact are involved in the production of a...
