What is the best workout to get rid of the top layer of tummy fat?? Doing sit ups and crunches dont seem to be helping as much. What foods should i stay away from(i have a sweet tooth) PLEASE HELP
True cardio can help, but you need to cut out the carbohydrates. If you are taking in more then you are burning off your body just stores the extra energy as fat. This how I instruct my group, if the are working on washboard abs our how define that midriff. :)
Look into using an app called My Fitness Pal to track your intake and use another app called Endomondo to track what activities you do. The Endomondo app can connect to My Fitness Pal, so you can see if you are meeting your goals.
