Well this fall I got this horrible cold and I stopped working out for a while (Ill take any excuse to sit on my butt all day). However, after a couple days, I just HAD to get back to working out.. You know how it is! And I went for a LONG run. And I the next day I woke up and felt totally fine. Kind of like I kicked that cold in the butt.. I guess lol. Just don't push it so hard you hurt yourself and make sure you're not out in the super cold or heat working...

I'd just take it easy and get better. Let your body use its energy to get you better instead of working out. And drink lots of liquid!

Sweat it out man! It will be tough but don't let take over you, u gotta fight it

The working out may actually be the solution of getting better. Sweat out the cold. Just don't go too hard, rest up as well.
