Every time I try to workout I quite because I dont see the change I want I workout 4 times a week an rest for 3. I think I need to workout more

How much and intensity?  You might not be pushing it enough, also leep a very strict food journal you would be surprised how many calories we eat with out knowing it.  Also the type of foods, the more processed a food is the less healthy it is either higher calories or chamocals that cause body to retail weight (i.e. diet soda)
