Ok so I hate cardio! It's hard on my joints! My ankles, knees and feet kill me after! Any suggestions?

Dude I hardly and I repeat hardly do cardio! If you workout intensively it's cardio with weights! I do multi joint exercises back to back! Try it will get you shredded

Walking? Biking ?

When I go walking I don't feel like that counts as cardio! And biking is good but the pain I get in my knees is ridiculous

The pain may have to do with the bike not fit for you. If you have a Mt bike or Rd. bike, get it fitted to your size. There's a lot that goes into a well fitted bike...go to a bike store and have them do that for you. You'll be surprised what a difference it makes on your knees, :) and the rest of your body.

Swimming? Eliptical should not hurt your knees if it is a decent machine, if you access to either
