Anyone have a car workout for when ur sitting in traffic or waiting in the car to pick up your kids? It's the ONLY free time I have.

Flex hard and hold. Won't do much for you by itself though.

Idk you can try like punching the air I gues lol air boxing. I have no clue. But you should definatly try to make time to workout because it's one of the most important things you can do.

Wrist weights! Even outside the car. Shopping, laundry, pushing a stroller, maybe at work if they let you. In that case maybe ankle weights too. Be safe and ask for permission if they will be a distraction or hazard.
