Hi, for me sweets are the biggest problem that keeps in a way of getting in the better shape

Don't know how someone can restrain completely from sugar. I think restraining ourselves will only make the urge stronger. I'd rather limiting myself, like 2 tea spoon of sugar a day, or one bar of chocolate in three days.
