Okay soo I want to trim my tummy fat so my abs can fully show instead of hide. I roller blade about 12-24k 3-15day a wk. . Well rollerblading help trim belly fat or should I stick to walking, jogging, running???

Yeah rollerblading is great. Anything that gets you moving and your heart rate up. For anything you choose there may be better cardio exercises out there but an important qualification is what keeps you coming back and the exercise you enjoy is often the best choice for a sustainable healthy lifestyle.

Thanks I love rollerblading.. I add some other stuff here an there of course. But rollerblading is the main one.
